1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with Betjalle. By using the Betjalle website or any of its services, you are considered to have accepted these terms. Please read them in full before using our services.

Betjalle is an internationally licensed online betting platform. We provide Sports Betting, casino games, and related services for users in Bangladesh. You must be 18 years of age or older to use the platform.

Betjalle reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via a notice on the website and by registered email or SMS. Continued use of the service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To register an account with Betjalle, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address are all required. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account termination.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Betjalle may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal. This is done solely for your security.

• Provide a valid mobile number during registration — OTP verification will be required.
• Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.
• Keep two-factor authentication enabled to protect your account.
• If you experience any issues with your account, contact the support team immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Betjalle supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are generally free of charge.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 12–24 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is an internationally recognised measure to prevent money laundering.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT.
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳50,000 BDT (higher limits apply to verified accounts).
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on Betjalle, read the specific rules for each event. Bets are generally final once confirmed, so always double-check your odds and stake before submitting.

Live betting may experience delays due to internet connectivity. Betjalle will not be liable for any losses resulting from technical errors in the betting system. If a match is cancelled, the associated bet will be voided and funds refunded.

Betjalle reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting patterns or indications of match-fixing. Payouts may be withheld while an investigation is ongoing.

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳10 BDT and the maximum is ৳1,00,000 BDT.
• A maximum of 10 events can be added to an accumulator bet.
• Pre-match bets are not accepted after an event has started.
• Betjalle reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Each bonus and promotion at Betjalle comes with its own terms. It's important to read the specific conditions before claiming any bonus. Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once to the first deposit. The deposit must be made within the specified time frame to qualify. The bonus will be forfeited if the deadline is missed.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus abuse — including arbitrage betting and multiple accounts — is a punishable offence.
• Free bet winnings are withdrawable only on the profit portion; the original free bet stake is not included.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betjalle. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of any funds held.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Transacting through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Engaging in match-fixing or creating suspicious betting patterns.
• Using multiple identities to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use one.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

You can request to close your account at any time. Contact our support team and your account will be deactivated. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Betjalle may suspend or terminate an account for the following reasons: breach of terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicious activity, or legal requirements. Where an account is suspended, the outcome will be communicated once the investigation is complete.

As part of responsible gaming, you may request self-exclusion. This will lock your account for a set period or permanently. Opening a new account while self-exclusion is active is considered a violation.

8 Limitation of Liability

Betjalle strives to maintain the highest quality of service. However, Betjalle will not be directly liable for any service disruption caused by technical issues, internet outages, or third-party failures.

Betjalle is not liable for any financial losses arising from betting. Betting is entirely a personal decision and carries inherent risk. We strongly advise against wagering beyond your means.

• Official sources are used to ensure the accuracy of match results.
• Bets may be voided if odds are incorrect due to a data feed error.
• Services may be suspended in force majeure situations, such as natural disasters or government directives.

9 Privacy Policy & Data Usage

Betjalle collects your personal information solely for the purpose of providing its services. Your name, mobile number, email, and payment details are never sold or shared with any third party.

10 Dispute Resolution & Contact
